First time! Deaf Divers started diving in 2003 in Tioman Island (NAUI), Malaysia and set up by this site as they felt the need for a club for Deaf and Hard of Hearing people or any other people in the Community. This is a new community in the hope to bring together like minded scuba enthusiasts! They complete communication even underwater.
