You apply by submitting an application to the welfare office in
person. An Application Form is used for most programs and is
available from any welfare office. The application must be returned
to the local district welfare office that serves your area.
What if you can't complete the application form?
You should fill out as much of the form as you can and write it. If
you are having trouble filling it out, a worker at the welfare
office can help you complete it, if needed. You can also ask Deaf
communities or friends to help.
What documents will I have to bring when I apply?
When you go to welfare office, please attached :
- Two (2) copied of I/C.
- Two (2) photos sized passport.
Can someone else apply for you?
No.
How long can you receive benefits?
Welfare office will tell you how many months you can receive the
benefit before you must re-apply.
